Each event features three breakout sessions designed to inspire and equip attendees:

• Faith at Work – conversations on integrating faith and values into the workplace.
• Leadership Growth – strategies to develop stronger, more effective leaders.

In addition to networking and education, Beers and Biz proudly spotlights a local nonprofit at every event. They’re given the floor to share their mission, raise awareness, and inspire others, making sure community impact is at the heart of what we do.

Every gathering is made possible by a generous event sponsor, who provides the food for the evening. While our sponsors help make the event possible, we keep the focus on authentic connection, meaning no sales pitches or business advertisements from the stage. The only voice we amplify is the nonprofit’s. The sponsor does how ever recieve a 5 minute window to introduce themselves and their company.

Once the breakout sessions wrap up and we’ve heard from our featured nonprofit and event sponsor, the evening shifts into open networking. This is your chance to grab a drink, connect with other attendees, and put conversations into motion. No structured agenda, no formal pitches, just a relaxed environment where you can meet new people, strengthen relationships, and explore opportunities with fellow professionals. Open networking is where ideas turn into collaborations, and where Beers and Biz truly comes to life.
