Carillon Historical Park
Carillon Historical Park is a 65-acre open-air museum and a cornerstone of Dayton’s history and culture. Operated by Dayton History, the park preserves and shares the stories of the people, innovations, and events that helped shape Dayton and influence the world. Its collection includes more than 30 historic structures and over three million artifacts, including the original 1905 Wright Flyer III at the Wright Brothers National Museum.
Beyond preserving history, Carillon Historical Park provides educational programs, exhibits, events, and experiences for people of all ages. From Dayton’s legacy of innovation and entrepreneurship to its historic neighborhoods, transportation, manufacturing, and aviation achievements, the park brings the region’s past to life while helping inspire future generations.
